Corporate Benefactor packages enable companies or individuals to have a presence at the Legacy Chase without hosting a hospitality tent. These packages can be tailored to fit specific needs; all include an assembly of parking passes. Corporate Benefactors will be listed on the Shawan Downs website with an opportunity to link to their own website and will also be mentioned in the race day program.

Available packages:

• Platinum Corporate Benefactor (tickets totaling $5,000 in value)
• Gold Corporate Benefactor (tickets totaling $3,000 in value)
• Silver Corporate Benefactor (tickets totaling $1,000 in value)

Ticketing opportunities:

• Railside parking
  Exclusive parking located railside on the backstretch featuring the Legacy Tailgate competition. Please note: availability and location of railside spots will not be known until after August 15th. $350 per car.
• Legacy Luncheon
  One ticket to lunch and spirits in the Shawan Downs Preservation Point Hospitality Tent and one Preservation Point parking pass. Preservation Point tents are lined along the home stretch. $200 per person, additional luncheon tickets $100.
• Steeplechase Parking
  Steeplechase parking is located on the crest of the Shawan Downs hill and is a short walk to the hillside viewing areas. $100 per car.
• Shawan Parking
  Shawan parking is located to the east of the coarse. $30 per car.

**Special Considerations
Hospitality Tent investments do not include catering, linens, florals and décor, which all must be made through the Legacy at Shawan Downs approved vendors only. Third party catering and vendors are prohibited. Banners are allowed within tents only–no banners are permitted on the exterior of tents or on the racecourse unless approved by Shawan Downs. All corporate hospitality venues are private and by your invitation only–no commercial advertising. Sale of food, beverage or merchandise is not permitted.
