“Celebrating the thrill of the Chase”

NAPPA was created in order to take Steeplechasing back to its Foxhunting roots and is designed to introduce riders and horses to racing over fences. Any entry competing in a Governor’s Cup Series race that meets NAPPA qualifications is eligible to compete in the NAPPA Championship.

The day will include various activities for kids:

• Moonbounce
• Stick Pony Races
• Build Your Own Stick Pony Booth
• Vendors
• Concessions

This event will be run along with the Maryland Combined Training Association Horse Trials. Join NAPPA for a fun filled day of racing and the olympic sport of eventing. Bring a picnic and spread out a blanket on the hillside, or visit the concession stand, and have a family fun filled afternoon
viewing 7 races. Even your kids can race by making their own mounts at our Build-Your-Own Stick Pony booth and test their legs in the stick pony races.

Stick Pony entries must be made by 1:15pm at the race course to compete in the stick pony race.

The North American Pt to Pt Association is a 501c3 Non Profit organization
that is dedicated to perpetuating and promoting the sport of steeplechase
